Today was another great days sailing and learning with Rae, Jon & Jane.
We practised a lot of Tacking and Jibing and also learned to reef the sails ourselves.
For lunch, visited the bay of Vathi on the Island of Meganisi. Having tied up, we dived off the boat and enjoyed the crystal clear waters. It was very hot and the cool water was very welcome.
We ate at a small taverna. We shared a Greek salad and John had squid and Fiona a local omelet.
The afternoon was spent learning to control the boat in lighter winds.
At night we visited a terrible Indian restaurant, where the food was a bright red colour and the wine awful.
After a small cocktail at the tree bar, we hit the sack!!
